Combitech – Together for a resilient and democratic society

23 April 2026

During the first quarter of 2026, Combitech continued to grow positively, reporting strong revenue growth of 16 per cent and an operating margin of 11.3 per cent.

At a time of a changing security landscape and rapid technological development, solutions need to be both resilient and enable effective collaboration. Combitech is strengthening its position within civil and military defence by supporting societally critical operations, including deepened collaboration with the Finnish Defence Forces and continued trust to contribute to the development and sustainment of the Swedish Armed Forces’ command and control support systems. During the period, Combitech also became Sweden’s only independent TEMPEST laboratory, accredited for National, EU and NATO TEMPEST. This demonstrates the company’s technical excellence and its long-term responsibility for protecting critical information.

At the same time, Combitech is driving technological development by securing critical AI infrastructure within the Sferical AI consortium. Within the platform, innovation is enabled through access to proprietary and independent high-performance computing capacity, which will contribute to new solutions of critical importance to society.

Combitech also works to ensure that total defence capability is on the agenda of every company board, by creating forums for collaboration and supporting organisations with expertise, solutions, methodologies and exercises.

“Ultimately, it is about protecting our society and our democracy. True resilience is built through collaboration, and it is by working together that we strengthen our collective capacity. We have never seen such a high level of engagement to collaborate across industries, government agencies and local authorities and it is more important than ever that collaborations work, not just in theory but in practice as well”, says Jessica Öberg, CEO of Combitech.

Competence development – a prerequisite

During the period, more than 650 employees deepened their knowledge in areas ranging from information security to sustainability and AI during Combitech’s annual training weeks. Combitech’s employees are the core of the company; their competence and engagement drive Combitech towards its vision, “The home for human superpower”, and by combining the strengths of technology and people, and by continuously learning and developing together, the company’s innovative culture is further strengthened.
