Important Events During Q3 2018
Combitech acquires Norwegian Watchcom
In July Combitech took over the Norwegian Cyber Security company Watchcom. As a result of accelerated digitalization, high and new demands on security are being set, and the demand for Cyber Security increases. The acquisition strengthened Combitech further as the leader on Cyber Security in the Nordic countries.

Order Intake
Order intake during the period was SEK 1,655 million, which is an increase of 5 % compared to the same period last year (SEK 1,579 million).
Sales Revenues
Sales revenues amounted to SEK 1,749 million, an increase of 5 % compared to the same period last year (SEK 1,665 million).
Earnings and Margin
Operating profit (EBIT) decreased by 9 % to SEK 111 million (SEK 122 million in 2017). Operating margin decreased to 6.3 %, (7.3 % in 2017).
Operating Cash Flow
Operating cash flow decreased to SEK 32 million during the nine-month period, compared to SEK 231million during the same period 2017. The decrease is primarily attributable to a temporary cash injection last year (a one-off item). Additionally, this year’s cash flow has been negatively affected by late customer payments close to the end of the quarter.
Number of employees
The number of employees currently amounts to 1795, compared to 1878 during the same period last year.
