Combitech 2025 – growth, innovation and strengthened total defence

5 February 2026

In 2025, Combitech continued to show strong development, with a revenue increase of 16 per cent and an operating margin of 9,6 per cent. The company continued to grow organically and recruited almost 580 new employees.

The year was characterised by innovation-driven development and a clear focus on strengthening the resilience of Sweden and Europe together with customers and partners. In a time of intensifying geopolitical tensions, a key priority has been to meet the growing need for robust and long-term solutions. This has made investments in areas such as digitalisation, data integration and advanced technologies, including AI, essential for developing the industry, the defence industry and the armed forces.

Combitech has continued to contribute to deeper dialogue and meeting spaces for collaboration within the military and civil defence sectors, for example through roundtable discussions and expanded partnerships. For the third consecutive year, the Total Defence Report was presented, in which Swedish business leaders share their perspectives on preparedness. The report shows that companies still lack sufficient preparedness for crises or, ultimately, war — but that as many as 74 per cent want to learn more about total defence.

A milestone during the year was the establishment of Combitech’s competence centre in Hyderabad, India. With more than 150 specialists on site, Combitech has been able to scale its deliveries, accelerate customers’ digital transformation and increase the pace of automation. With security, expertise and collaboration at its core, the centre is a key enabler for meeting market demands for capability, speed and delivery performance.

“We are humbled by the trust placed in us by our customers and partners. We are not only building Combitech’s future — we are strengthening the resilience of society as a whole. Our growth and innovative strength, together with the knowledge and commitment of our employees, enable us to meet today’s demands and shape tomorrow’s solutions”, says Jessica Öberg, CEO of Combitech.
