In December 2016, Combitech, which is an independent company within the defence and security group Saab AB, became the majority shareholder in Watchcom Security Group AS through the acquisition of 51.11% of the company’s shares, with an option to aquire the remaining shares. Combitech has now completed that option to become the sole owner of Watchcom.
